Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Helixir platform by healthcare organizations and their authorized users. A signed order form or master services agreement between your organization and Helixir controls where it conflicts with this page.
Acceptable use
Helixir is a professional tool for licensed healthcare organizations. Users must not use Helixir to make final clinical decisions without licensed clinician review, must not submit data they are not authorized to submit, and must not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or audit logging.
Not medical advice
AI-generated output in Helixir is decision support. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or professional medical advice. The reviewing clinician remains responsible for every clinical decision.
Customer data ownership
Data submitted by a customer organization remains that organization’s data. Helixir acts as a processor on the customer’s behalf and does not use customer data to train third-party models.
Availability and support
Helixir targets business-hours support and reasonable uptime for the standard plan. Enterprise plans may include a signed SLA. Helixir is not liable for downstream provider outages beyond our reasonable control.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice and a reasonable cure period. On termination, Helixir will delete or return customer data within a reasonable window on written request.
Limitation of liability
Helixir’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the platform is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the customer’s order form. If none is specified, the laws of Delaware, USA apply.
