What counts as an AI call?

Any request sent to Helixir's clinical AI — copilot chat, summarizer, coding suggestion, agent run, or streaming scribe output. Free plans include 50 AI calls per user per month.

Can I use the Free plan for my practice?

Free is designed for individual evaluation. It is limited to one user, the doctor workspace, and 50 AI calls per month. For production use with patients, upgrade to Pro or Business.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Free and Pro trials do not require a card. Business trials require a work email and can be invoiced.

Is HIPAA compliance included?

All paid plans include BAA-eligible infrastructure, audit logging, PHI redaction, and encryption. Enterprise includes a signed BAA and custom DPA.

What if I exceed the AI call limit?

Free users are soft-capped at 50 calls. Pro and Business use fair-use limits; Enterprise plans include custom volume tiers. All plans are protected by a 60 AI calls / minute per-organization rate limit.
